We are looking for 2 deputy managers to join our team in 2 different homes, each a full time Monday-Friday role, looking after our residents with physical disabilities.
You will assist the registered manager with all aspects of home management and deputise in their absence: this role is one where you will be given plenty of opportunity to bring new ideas to our homes and maintain their high quality level of care for our residents. Additionally, you will compile information for audits and regular checks to ensure all regulations are being adhered to.
- At least 1 year in a senior team lead or deputy manager position in a care setting
- Understanding and knowledge of local authorities’ policies and practices
- Knowledge of Kloe’s
- Experience of writing risk assessments and care plans
- Experience of writing policies and procedures
- Computer literate
